Workshops & programs

Practical workshops, reusable resources.

Six connected areas of learning, offered as single workshops, multi-session programs, private group bookings and partner-hosted sessions. Every program is non-clinical and activity-based.

How a session works

Explained, shown, discussed — then practised.

Programs combine explanation, demonstration, discussion and practical exercises rather than relying on lectures alone. Plain language, visual examples, printed workbooks and guided demonstrations support participants with different educational, language and digital-confidence levels.

I.

Explain

Clear, plain-language introductions to each topic.

II.

Demonstrate

Guided demonstrations and product-comparison exercises.

III.

Discuss

Small-group discussion of real customer and workplace situations.

IV.

Practise

Role-play, mock consultations and worksheets you take home.
