About the studio
Confidence, inclusion and practical learning.
An Ontario-based education, confidence-development and enterprise-readiness company, founded and led by Aneesa Shafiq.
Our purpose
Mission & vision
Mission
To empower multicultural individuals through practical education in confidence, personal presentation, customer service and enterprise readiness.
Vision
To become a trusted Canadian platform that transforms personal strengths and beauty knowledge into employment, entrepreneurship and community participation.
Our approach
One pathway instead of four separate doors.
Beauty information, confidence coaching, employment guidance and entrepreneurship support are normally delivered by separate providers. Allure brings them together in one structured pathway. Participants may begin with personal confidence and professional presentation, then progress to customer communication, product literacy, appointment handling, pricing, inventory organization and basic business planning.
Programs use customer-service scenarios, product-comparison exercises, mock consultations, appointment templates, pricing worksheets, inventory sheets and introductory business-planning tools, so participants leave with knowledge and reusable resources.
Product education recognizes differences in skin tone, hair type, age, culture, lifestyle and individual preference. It never promotes a narrow or standardized idea of beauty, and participants are encouraged to grow professionally without setting aside their cultural identity.

Founder & Managing Director
Aneesa Shafiq
Aneesa Shafiq is the founder and managing director of Allure by Zeenia Daneen. She brings more than eight years of combined professional experience across beauty and personal-care work, salon management, teaching, customer service and organizational administration. Her career connects three areas — beauty and personal care, entrepreneurship and education — that shape everything the studio teaches.
Her practical experience covers beauty-product selection, skincare consultation, makeup, haircare, nail care and personal presentation. She understands that personal-care preferences differ by skin tone, hair type, age, culture, lifestyle and individual comfort, and builds that understanding into inclusive learning materials.
Her classroom experience taught her to break complex information into simple learning activities, adapt instruction to different learning needs and keep an organized, supportive environment — important when working with newcomers, young adults and participants with different levels of English, education or business experience.
At Allure she designs program content, leads the key workshops, maintains instructional standards and builds partnerships with libraries, women’s organizations, settlement agencies and community centres. She is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
